(I just added 3 posts, so if you're interested, there's more as you scroll down! At least scroll down to Brianna's angry face picture...you'll be sad if you don't)
Potty training with Bri has had a lot of ups and downs. She'll make tons of progress and then regress. So, I made a new chart and we started fresh yesterday. She likes her new chart and it has gotten her excited again. Of course, a potty chart wouldn't be exciting to her unless it had Dora on it so we made 2 Dora puzzles. Chad laminated it for me and I added velcro. Every time she goes potty in the toilet she gets to add a puzzle piece (she loves puzzles) and when the puzzle is finished she gets a prize. But, if she goes in her panties or pull up she has to remove a piece. She's done pretty well the last 2 days so we'll see if it helps. We have gotten to a point where she comes up to me and says, "I'm going pee pee!" and then goes without time to get to the potty. It's frustrating because she knows just before it happens. Then she says, "I already did pee pee. Sad!" Thankfully she's been well trained in the #2 area for several months. Hopefully it will click soon because I have a new baby to buying diapers for and it's expensive. I'm sure we'll have regression again when the baby comes, but if I can at least get as much work done with it while I have the time now I'm hoping the regression won't be as bad!

I love the chart/puzzle idea! Maybe I'l have to try that. I bought Emma a potty seat but haven't been too aggressive with the training yet, though I've had the same thoughts about buying 2 sizes of diapers...
The puzzle idea is really fun. I used your chart idea for Jackson and he really loved it.
More importantly...here, here to your post just before this one. I SOOOOOOO HEAR YOU!!! I swear people don't understand at all. Its not like we walk around telling people they look like they are "about to pop" (one of my favorite comments from people). :) And would you ever just go up and touch someone's tummy...um, no. So please why do people think they can touch ours. I had people thinking I was due a few months ago and making the worst comments to me too. I've even heard a few choice comments from the resident students that I see for my check ups. Just great. Well, I just thought I would let you know that I competely understand. I hope that all is well and that your contractions don't get too crazy before you get a little closer to your due date! I was sorry to hear about your back and hope you are doing alright. Lots of love!
Hey, I am new in your ward and saw a link to your blog on the sisters 2 sisters relief society blog. I hope you don't mind my taking a peek. I love your blog. You made the most adorable things for valentines. How old is your little girl? My son is about 20 months old and I am due in July with a girl. Do you know if you are expecting a boy or a girl? I totally know what you mean about the pregnancy thing. I HATE it when people I don't know touch my belly (actually usually even people I do know). Anyway, if you want to check out my blog you are welcome to http://twitchellfam.blogspot.com
I will see you at church.
