FINALLY Babbling!

We have been working with Bri for several months to get her to babble! I can get her to sign about 15 words, and say "ook" for book and "og" for dog, but could never get any simple babbling! I've never seen a child make a g and k sound, but they wouldn't attempt a b, m or d sound which are so much easier! Finally on Monday she started babbling! It's mostly babababa and mamamama and some da's mixed in! I am so thrilled! She has been so loud at the stores and I'm ecstatic about it! I just put her down for a nap and she's protesting for the first time with "BA BA BA, MA MA MA!" Here she is in a few clips walking, babbling and playing with the remote or the "phone" as she calls it. She loves to play with the remotes and turn the radio or tv on. She also pretends it's a phone! She gets really upset if you take it from her or don't let her have it! Ahhh, the beginning of tantrums must be near! She's grunting quite a bit in this clip, so she must be frustrated that she couldn't turn anything on. She's really good with the other remote and will constantly turn the radio on and off then back on. Enjoy!
