Christmas in Memphis

We had a great time visiting family in Memphis for Christmas! Brianna especially loved playing with all of the cousins. Unfortunately any time we go out of town we always end up sick either while there or just as we're coming back! Both girls got nasty colds and ear infections! We are finally free of the "bug" but Miranda hasn't done well since. She reacted to the corn in her antibiotic and she's not sleeping or napping anymore, at all! I'm exhausted but hopefully we'll get back to where we were soon!

Miranda had a love/hate relationship with the dog, Pouncer. He got a little too excited at times and would just jump all over her but a lot of the time you would see her laughing at his side. I got a little concerned about their relationship at one point when he was standing on her stomach and she was chewing on his foot! Gross! My mother in law spoils the kids with cute clothes. One of her favorite things to do is buy the girls all matching dresses. She wanted a picture with all the granddaughters in their Christmas dresses with her. Unfortunately Miranda was in an awful mood since I had to wake her for the picture. Not the best picture, but it was all we could get!

We had a great time! We loved spending time with family and being back in Memphis, but we're happy to be home. Hopefully we'll get some kind of routine again with Miranda and things will eventually get back to "normal" (whatever that is)!
