Miranda has found her feet, it's amazing that she can find her toes past those thick thighs!!! Yesterday and today were GREAT days! Miranda was miraculously feeling better after our visit with the Integrative Manual Therapist on Friday and she had two very long 2 hour naps during the day and a one hour nap and slept most of the night with a few minute wakening to get comfortable!!! That's going from only 2-3 naps a day that last from 10-30 minutes each and staying awake most of the night to Saturday's blessed day!!!! She's even had some good naps today and been very happy. She hasn't fussed out of pain or looked uncomfortable either! Hopefully we can keep this up!

I've decided to start the extreme diet that I need to be on to heal my stomach, as well as Brianna. I won't go into details, but it will be extrememly difficult and a LONG journey, but hopefully we'll have good results and it will all be worth it! Anyway, I'm just so grateful for the last 2 good days because I was ready to pull my hair out and needed a break!!

Anyway, since Miranda was napping I finally tackled my pile of fabric that has been waiting on me. Both girls need some fall/winter clothes and I wanted to make it out of fabrics I have or old clothes that I can upcycle. Here's the first one that I was able to make during naps yesterday. It was originally going to be a shirt and pants, but Brianna wanted a dress and she needs some of those anyway.

The hair clip was made out of the matching fabrics.
She loves that it twirls and I had to pry it off of her tonight before bed! This should last for a long time as a dress then a long shirt with pants! Now, if the naps continue I'll be able to finish the other projects I have in mind and get my girls dressed for the fall/winter.

I'm so glad to hear Miranda had a couple good days. Hopefully this means you're on the right path. I think about you a lot and can't imagine how hard it must be trying to figure out what's causing her so much trouble. Good luck with your diet and I hope you continue to see great results.

And I don't know what's cuter-- Brianna or the dress she's wearing. :) You continue to impress me with your sewing skills!
