San Francisco

My sister, Lindsay, who we call "Lou" came to visit us with her husband, Mike. They stayed for a week and we did lots of stuff! Bri misses "Lou Lou and Mike."
Our first adventure was on Saturday to San Francisco. We wish we had thought ahead and not gone to San Francisco on a Saturday...it took over 3 and 1/2 hours to get there and parked due to traffic and tons of tourists. It usually takes less than 2 hours! But, it was still fun! Bri and Chad by the bay. We had just come back from the Ghiradelli factory where I ran into an old friend from Memphis! I hadn't seen my friend, Marci, in a long time and it was great to meet her 1 year old and see her other kids who have grown up so much! I wish I had taken a picture! I didn't take very many pictures on this trip since we've been so many times. We did visit the Aquarium which we haven't done before. They have a great Jellyfish Exhibit!

Chad and Bri in the tunnel where we viewed the underwater life in the bay.Touching the star fish!

Who doesn't need a good Octopus hat?

We also walked on Pier 39, got Chad's favorite shrimp sandwich at Fisherman's Wharf, drove over the Golden Gate Bridge (though it was super foggy and you couldn't even see the bridge when on it), sampled Ghiradelli chocolates, and just had some plain old fun!

I think you should wear that hat on the plane when you come visit!! We can't wait to see you guys and Morgan is just a little excited to hold Miranda.
