The doctor's office doesn't tell me percentiles and when I put them in on a website it came up with 26th% weight, 17% length and 16% head....I think they are a little off and that she's closer to the 40th percentile!
I was really glad that at the doctor's office Miranda had a nasty diaper so a doctor would finally listen to me. Doctors always tell me "baby's just have immature digestive systems," "some babies are just like that," etc when I talk about my kid's tummy troubles. To have them see a diaper they finally listen to me and want to get to the bottom of the problem. Miranda has been doing much better since I went off of dairy, but the last few days she's been upset again. I must have eaten something that bothered her. Getting her shots made for a horrible afternoon yesterday too!
I've also been concerned about thrush for several weeks and the last doctor didn't see anything when I brought it up. This doctor saw the thrush in her mouth and a yeast infection on her neck so she's on some antibiotics for the next week! The doctor is also sending us in for some food allergy tests.
She's happy to be feeling a little better!

Miranda has been a pleasure to have in our home. She has even had a few days last week where she would nap without being held and would stay asleep! And 2 nights in a row she had slept 5-6 hours!!! The diet is worth it if I have a happy baby and one that will sleep. On days like that I can see what it must be like for moms that have easier babies and I can see how they might actually get something done! :)
Miranda is smiling and starting to interact with us a lot more! Her big smiles just melt my heart and I'm happy to be seeing more of them these days. She's also starting to grab onto things like blankets, her clothes, her face (which she doesn't love!), and my shirt when I'm holding her! She loves to bear weight on her legs and hold her head up!
We love our Panda and look forward to more good days!

She's so cute! And she dwarfs my Madeline--she's only 9 lbs. Is she bigger than Bri was?
Wish we could meet the Panda! All of her problems sound like great fun for you- hope they get to the bottom of it all soon.
Can't wait for Panda to visit in Dec.
She's so cute! I'm glad overall she is doing well and that she's getting help where she needs it!
So, maybe you already know this or won't have problems, but I just wanted to share.
As you know, I don't take in much dairy either to help Sadie spit up less. I was taking calcium supplements but got out of habit and had some (or one) really painful kidney stone(s). Anyway, my point is, make sure you are getting calcium! Either through other foods or supplements. Not that it will happen to you, but it could!
Thanks for the info Sarah! I'll have to add a supplement because I'm probably not getting enough through the soy milk!
