I survived my first craft fair! It was not a very big success, but at least it paid for my licenses for the year! Unfortunately I didn't know much about this craft fair before I went, and it ended up being an old lady craft fair! So, my stuff didn't really fit in and since most of the shoppers were elderly people too I didn't have the right crowd!
I had a lot less space than I first thought, so my stuff is all crammed into this area! I was selling nursing covers, pillow case dresses, bibs, burp cloths, taggie balls, taggie blankets, key fobs and clothespin clips!
(Oh, and I got a new hair do! I chopped it off!)
These are my friends Heather and Emily that saved me! They both helped set up and Emily stayed the entire day with me at the booth! She sells Mary Kay and was able to have some forms for people to sign up for free facials and samples! Heather helped me several times during the week by spending all day tagging and pricing my items! She was a trooper to wake up early on Saturday with us to help me unload the car and set up! She just moved and is the middle of unpacking, so I was especially grateful!
My favorite display was the ball tower! I found this cd rack at a garage sale for a couple bucks and the balls just fit perfectly in the sections!
Bibs! There were also bibs on a big tower that didn't fit in the pictures!
Key fobs! I use these to attach my keys so they can slip over my wrist! That way my hands are free when I'm getting Brianna or the groceries in and out of the car! The keys are also so much easier to find in your bag/purse!
Emily brought her 3 month old daughter, Addison and she was an angel the entire time! I'm so grateful for the help of my many friends that pitched in this last week as I got prepared for this! Though it wasn't as successful as I hoped, I look forward to more craft fairs! I'll be posting the left overs on my etsy site soon!

Maybe you can sell everything else easily on Etsy with Christmas comming up. Grandma could use a few of the cute bibs-I can never find one at her house!
Way to go Erin! What guts and time must have gone into this. It takes a lot of time to sew and get things done and I can only imagine how long it took to get everything ready for a craft fair! Wow! I am so proud of you!
Your displays look amazing! I am enjoying my giraffe bib and taggie blanket [thanks Stacy!] I was not aware of the key fobsyou make...I may very well need one of those, I am always fumbling with my keys when I take Mason in and out of the car!!!

I love your displays, especially the taggie ball tower. I am glad that you were able to make enough money to cover your licenses. Overall it looks like it was a good experience.

I'm totally diggin' those key fobs. I don't know where I've been, but this is the first I've heard of them. What a marvel idea! I'll be stopping by your etsy shop for sure! I'm awed and so impressed by your endless talent my dear. :)
