I got really behind in my posting...so here are several posts in a row that are new! Sorry for the overload!
I made a new shirt for Brianna last week and I just love the fabric. I altered a pattern I had used before to fit more like I wanted it to. I was nervous about making up the sleeve pattern and a few other alterations, but it turned out just how I hoped and took a lot less time then a similar pattern I've done before! Now, all I have to do is make a skirt for myself out of the same material and make some cute shorts or skirt to go with Bri's shirt! As I was trying to get a picture of the shirt, Bri wouldn' stop hiding and then only poking her head out! She knew I wanted to see the shirt!!! She sure can be silly sometimes!
This is how Brianna looks when she gets herself dressed! In fact, most of the time she leaves the shirt covereing her face and just starts walking around the house running into walls, falling over and laughing! She thinks she's hilarious! But, she is pretty good at getting dressed and is already in that stage where she wants to do things herself and pick out her own outfits. Sunday mornings can be crazy as I fight with her to get dressed in the few short minutes we have after she wakes up! It's helped letting her pick it out and do as much as she can by herself!
And no, I don't let her go out like that, much to her dismay!

Brianna has such a cute personality.
I really like the material of the shirt. I am sure it will make for a really nice skirt.
Love the shirt. The material would make a great tie for Chad. Make sure to post a picture!
I am IN LOVE with this fabric! It is beautiful!!! I love the shirt you made. I am VERY impressed with you sewing skills, I'm not sure I would ever be able to sew clothes.
I also love her new shades. She is such a doll!
Those pictures of her peeking out from the door are adorable! And I love the shirt--so cute!
