Happy Easter! We hope you all had a wonderful day as you celebrated the life of the Savior, the Atonement and the Resurrection! What a blessing it is to have the gospel in our lives! We really miss our families this time of year and invited our friends Dan and Jan, and their baby girl, Lily, over for an Easter dinner. Chad helped out and made some really tasty deviled eggs and the best cheesecake I've ever had! We then watched the video, "Finding Faith in Christ" and finished the evening playing games! On Saturday we went to a local park for an Easter Egg Hunt! As you can see, the eggs weren't hidden very well! They separated the groups into ages and it was very organized. They gave a limit of 8 eggs each! But, the only thing I wasn't too happy with is the candy was not appropriate for kids at this age level!
Once Bri realized there was candy in the eggs there was no stopping her!
Our friends Jan and Baby Lily joined us. What a cutie!
Little Miss Independent didn't want to hold my hand and kept hiding her hands behind her back!
And yes, I did make this pillow case dress! They will be available in my Etsy shop soon! I have been meaning to post a bunch of the outfits I've been making for Bri lately, so that post will come soon!

Come back, Bri-Bri! We sure loved having her around. She is SO cute in her dresses. Thanks for calling the other day. I am feeling a lot better. Love you!
It sounds like overall you had a nice Easter. Bri's dresses are darling.
I agree, the dress is adorable! I want to learn more about them, what sweet pictures she takes! She's so photogenic. Glad that you had such a wonderful Easter!
Glad that you guys had a great Easter. Her dress is really cute. I love the picture with her eating the sucker.
Erin she is so cute and I love the dress you made!
All those pics of Bri are super cute! I love the third one down--her cute little red lips. I'm sad Bri and Nathan didn't get to play in Memphis, but I am glad we got to see her at the airport in Denver. When we're all in Memphis for Thanksgiving, 4 (count them, FOUR!) Langstraat cousins will be in nursery together. Aaaaaaaaah! :)
