Expressiveness Runs in the Family

Brianna has always been really expressive with her face! She's a little over dramatic with it, but it makes me laugh. We made this little hat together the other day and this was her reply!

Then, later that evening I took a picture of Chad playing with her! Hmmm...do you think the facial expressions run in the family? Oh, and do you notice that she put her baby in his lap wearing her crown? And yes, those are monkeys hanging from Chad's ears!

The Baby Obsession continues in full force!!!! I am so tired of taking care of all 5 or so babies and bears she insists on playing with. So, I started hiding some of them when she wasn't looking and it has helped some. But last night I opened the cupboard I had hid one in earlier and there she was screaming "bea" "bea" "bea" for "Bear" She acted like she had found gold!

I walk around the house to find the babies doing interesting things like:

riding horses:

wearing glasses watching tv:
and many other things!
Brianna has also been begging to get in her crib and play with her babies! So, she'll play in there for an hour at least (that's not including all the time she plays in there when she's supposed to be going to sleep either!) I never expected my child to be begging to get into her crib!

I thought I would take a minute and appoligize to my mom for the baby obsession I had when I was little. I was 7 of 8 kids at the time and made my mom help take care of my baby dolls while she was taking care of my little sister! I always thought it was just cute....but I can now see how frustrated she got after the 100th time of me saying "Feed Tina (my doll) too!" Sorry Mom! And don't worry, I'm getting full pay back from Bri!

She is SO full of personality! I can imagine the baby thing would be annoying after awhile... but since I don't have to deal with that, I think it's hilarious! Good luck to you with all those babies. :)

I am very good at ignoring my kids and telling them to just wait when they want me to play. After awhile they stop asking and before you know it they start feeding themselves, changing their own diapers, putting themselves to bed. I don't have to do anything anymore.

I think that baby thing is cute too. But I am with Sarah, I don't have to deal with it either.

Yes, Yesterday Bri came to nursery and I thought her and Claire might have had some words b/c as soon as Bri walked in the room she saw the big pile of babies that Claire was playing with and walked right over and said "Babies" and then picked all of them up ( there was at least 7) Claire was not pleased.. finally we came to comprise of two babies for each girl!!

Well, at least you won't start going crazy for a real baby, since you're already taking care of 5!

That top picture is classic. It was so fun to see Bri (and Chad :] ) the other day at the airport! I was so excited to hear her talk. She's a cutie.
