18 Month Check Up

Brianna had her 18 month check up today. I can't believe she's a year and a half old now. I am really enjoying this age and she has been so much fun to play with. It's funny how such a difficult baby turned into a much easier toddler.
I found out at the doctor today that she had a small ear infection along with the 3 molars that are still making their way in. Besides a few nights of rough sleep, you would never know because she has been just as happy as ever!
Anyway, here are her stats:
* 20 lbs (Yeah, a land mark for us! We finally hit 20!!!!) But, she's under the 3rd percentile! At least we're on the charts, right?
* 30 inches long, the 7th percentile!
I was not impressed with the doctor at all and will be looking for a new pediatrician via recommendations from now on!

Way to go Bri! I have to agree with you that 18 months has been great. I am loving this stage and everything Jackson is doing. They are way more playful and can communicate most things. Has she started nursery yet? I'll bet you'll love that part of this stage too! :)

Yay for the 20 lbs--that was a big milestone with Bean, too. Of course, our little man hit that well before his first birthday, being the beast that he is:)

Hope you can find a good ped--I've always had a lot of luck by asking other people in the area. I couldn't beleive when I moved to Michigan and had everyone in the ward recommend the same guy and then found out that my only other friend in the state also went to his office! Maybe that was the only good ped. in the area, LOL:)
