Cruise Continued!

The second evening of the cruise was much more pleasant since we couldn't feel the boat moving! We made some good friends at our dinner table, and another couple that was friends with some of them. It made our trip so much fun to have others to share it with! We ended up spending a lot of time in the evenings singing karaoke songs! Who would have guessed that we would have loved that, but it was so much fun. Two of our friends, Marisa and Jeff, were REALLY good at karaoke. It was fun to listen to them. They both sounded professional and the crowd loved them!
I got up there a few times even though I get really nervous singing in front of people...especially with a song I haven't practiced! The crowd wasn't near as excited for me! :) Chad got up the last night and made me sit in a chair on the stage while he sang a country song to me. It was so sweet! (He hates country too! He must really love me!)

The second night was also the "Formal" night at dinner, so we dressed up a little and I got to eat Lobster for the first time. YUMMY! It was good and I can see why it costs so much. Luckily, your food is all paid for in the cruise package...so you can eat whatever and however much you want. Unfortunately I came back with several extra pounds around my midsection that I didn't have before we went! Back to healthy food and exercise for me!

So i've been missing out on all your fun lately. Sorry I have been a bad blogger and blog reader...but it looks like you guys are having so much fun. What an amazing cruise! It looks beautiful. And I love the pants you made for Bri. I actually heart the same fabric and have 2 yards of it...now what to do with it. :)

Looks like you had a great time. You are super brave. One time I made it a whole night without Carter.

Where in CA? Send me an e-mail sometime... Debryanne@aol.com
Gas in our area is cheaper than Boise usually, but milk is so expensive! Right now at Albertsons it's $4.99/gal on sale. I buy it at Costco...2 gal for $5.25.

Love the blog!
